Acquired by TeraWulf from Industrial Equity Partners and announced 26 May 2026 as the Muskie Data Campus, a hyperscale HPC/AI development site inside the 1,000-acre EastPark Industrial Park in northeastern Kentucky, with roughly 285 acres owned and controlled. TeraWulf expects the site to support more than 1 GW over time, with an initial 500 MW ramping from the second half of 2028 and a further 500 MW targeted for the second half of 2030. Kentucky Power (AEP) is building a 345 kV substation tied to the existing 765 kV network. The site is already zoned; permitting is under way.
