The NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure approved Goodman's state significant development at 132 McCredie Road, Guildford West, on 24 July 2026. A 29,444 sqm building with nine data halls is delivered in two stages: 34MW across five data halls, then four more halls to an ultimate 68MW, on a 71,710 sqm former Castrol site. Capital investment value is A$1.11bn, the design targets a maximum PUE of 1.4 with annualised projections of 1.27-1.32, and cooling is water-cooled chillers with open cooling towers.
