IFC's disclosure describes JHB1 as a 150+MW fully contracted facility and JHB2 as a 270+MW greenfield development on the adjacent site. IFC approved up to US$175m of combined debt and equity across the two on 29 May 2026; the project was disclosed on 13 July 2026 and was listed as pending signing.
